Items sold are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

 

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and any further charges (eg delivery charges / postages) incurred related to the exchange of item will be borne by the customer.

 

Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

All return items must be returned in unused and in the original condition with the wrapper, if any without any kind of alteration done to it, odor free and without any animal hair on it.
